What counts as an hour of audio?

One hour of audio is 60 minutes of actual call recording time across all your agents. A 10-minute call uses 1/6th of an hour.

Do unused hours roll over?

Depends on your plan. Basic and Pro: included hours reset each month, no rollover. Plus: unused hours roll over each month, capped at 2,400 Groq hours and 30 Deep Analyse hours. Top-up packs are valid 60 days from purchase.

What is Deep Analyse?

Deep Analyse uses Sarvam Saaras V3 for higher accuracy Indic transcription with speaker labels (Agent vs Client). Use it on important calls. Available on Pro and above.

Which languages are supported?

Any language. We use Sarvam AI for South Asian languages including Gujarati, Hindi, and Tamil codemix, and standard ASR for all others.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
