One hour of audio is 60 minutes of actual call recording time across all your agents. A 10-minute call uses 1/6th of an hour.
Do unused hours roll over?
Depends on your plan. Free and Pro: included hours reset each month, no rollover. Plus: unused hours roll over each month, capped at 2,400 standard analysis hours and 30 Deep Analysis hours. Top-up packs are valid 60 days from purchase.
What is Deep Analyse?
Deep Analysis uses our premium AI engine for higher accuracy Indic transcription with speaker labels (Agent vs Client). Use it on important calls. Available on Pro and above.
