You pay a monthly or yearly rate for each billable user. Hours, rollover caps, and storage scale with that seat count. The total on this page comes from the server quote, not a spreadsheet in the browser.

Yes. Every new organisation gets a free plan with 100 hours of standard analysis, 5 agents, and 15 days of storage. Upgrade to a paid plan any time for more hours, agents, and features.

Adding a user is a paid action. Monthly plans charge the full per-user rate for the current cycle. Yearly plans charge the remaining whole months. You see the amount and complete payment before the user is created.

Standard hours can roll over if you enable the standard rollover add-on, up to the cap for your tier. Included deep hours reset every month. Purchased deep packs only survive month-end if you enable the deep rollover add-on.

Deep Analysis is the higher-accuracy engine with speaker labels. Some tiers include a small monthly allotment. Extra deep time is sold as packs. Included deep hours still reset monthly even with the deep rollover add-on.

New calls wait in a pending analysis queue. They are not marked as failed. Buy a top-up, wait for the next cycle, or resume analysis after you add hours.

Upgrades take effect immediately, with any charge shown before you confirm. Downgrades apply at the end of the current cycle. Removing seats also waits until cycle end, with no refund for unused time.
