Healthcare call analyticsYour front desk takes 100 patient calls a day.
Who checks what was said?
Healthcare call analytics transcribes and reviews the phone calls between your front desk and patients. SalesEar flags missed callbacks, inconsistent cost quotes and reported symptoms that may need a doctor’s attention, so clinic and hospital managers see problems the next morning instead of weeks later.
What gets missed on patient calls
Callbacks that never happen
A patient asks for a slot that is not free. Staff promise to call back. Nobody does, and the patient books at another clinic. Each missed callback is a lost visit that never appears in any report.
Different costs for the same treatment
One executive quotes ₹8,000 for a root canal. Another says ₹12,000 including the crown. Both are partly right, but patients hear inconsistent prices and start to doubt the clinic.
No follow-up after treatment
A treatment goes well and nobody calls to check in. Months later the patient needs further care and goes somewhere else. Follow-up calls drive retention, yet most clinics cannot tell whether they happen.

Common questions
Is call analytics suitable for patient calls?
Yes. For healthcare, SalesEar measures operational accuracy rather than sales pressure: was the right cost quoted, was the appointment logged, was the follow-up done, was a concern escalated. Transcripts stay in your account and only authorized staff can see them.
Do we need a new phone system or VoIP?
No. Agents keep calling from their own SIM numbers on the phone’s regular dialer. SalesEar records and analyzes calls on every major Android brand, including Samsung, Xiaomi, Redmi, Realme, Vivo, Oppo, Motorola, OnePlus and Pixel, and on phones that use the Google Dialer. There is no VoIP, no new number and no workflow change.
Which languages can it handle?
SalesEar handles 50+ languages, including Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil and English, as well as calls where patients and staff switch between languages in the same conversation.
